For whom?
Private Individual not resident in France for tax purposes
What situation?

During your stay in France, you wish to be assisted or accompanied for household activities, ironing or childcare.

You wish to work for a private individual offering personal services.
Why use it?

You can easily declare the remuneration paid to your employee who works at your residence.

As an employee, you benefit from social coverage (Health Insurance, family allowances, unemployment benefits, pension, etc.).

Using the Tpee service means

Online registration is quick and easy.

It only takes a few minutes to declare the hours worked by your employee.

You can pay your employee using the payment method of your choice (bank transfer or cash).
The Tpee service calculates the social contributions for you and generates an employment certificate, exempting you from creating a payslip.

Once you have paid your contributions, you will have all the necessary documents to evidence the lawfulness of the declared employment.
Your online account keeps all your declarations and the identity of the employees you have registered in order to facilitate declarative and administrative procedures.

All personal service activities are eligible for the Tpee service.
To join the Tpee service, you must have a valid email address. If you have a bank account in France, have your banking details ready to complete the online form. If you have a bank account in France, opt for the payment of contributions by direct debit and provide your banking details. Then, click on the validation link in the verification email sent to your email address to confirm the activation of your account.
Is drafting an employment contract mandatory?

Drafting an employment contract for the employment of a home employee declared to the Cesu is mandatory:
- If the employee works more than 3 hours weekly without working more than 4 consecutive weeks;
- If the employee works more than 4 consecutive weeks, regardless of the number of hours worked.
In France, as a private employer, you must comply with employment regulations and the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for private employers and home employment.
The amount of the contributions is calculated based on the remuneration paid. The calculation method varies depending on the tax residence of your employee, the actual salary paid, and your age.
If you have a bank account in France, contributions are deducted the month following your declaration from the bank account registered during your online registration.

If you do not have a bank account in France, you pay your contributions online by credit card after your declaration.
No, if you are already using the Cesu, you cannot use the Tpee.
